For individual products or projects not including our membranes POA
All the above fees are subject to VAT
NOTE: Sealant is only guaranteed for 10 years.
For private residences under 50m² the extended warranty is free of charge.

How to apply:
The Roofing contractor should complete and submit the guarantee application form, which is available from ICB, on completion of the works.
Please note: The Guarantee will only be issued after all invoices for the supply of the membrane system have been paid in full. Payment for extended guarantees is required upon application. If the project area is more than 100 m² the guarantee will be issued only after the final inspection has been carried out by one of ICB quality control inspectors. It is up to the roofing contractor to contact the QCI in appropriate time Guarantee applications must be received within 2 weeks of completion of the roofing works.
